Cancellation Policy

Release of liability agreement **Rodriguez Production Studio Rental Release of Liability Agreement** This Release of Liability Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Rodriguez Production ("Studio"), located at 815 Lincoln Way West, South Bend, IN 46616, and the undersigned renter ("Renter"), for the rental of studio space. This Agreement shall remain in effect for all future rentals by the Renter, unless revoked in writing by either party. **1. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability** Renter understands and acknowledges that the use of the studio space may involve risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss. By signing this Agreement, Renter assumes full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur to themselves, their attendees, or any third parties during the rental period. Renter hereby releases, waives, and forever discharges Rodriguez Production, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or harm, including but not limited to bodily injury or property damage, that may be sustained while using the studio space. Renter agrees to this contract for herself and for her friends and family. **2. Responsibility for Damages & Stolen Items** Renter is solely responsible for any damages to the studio, its equipment, furniture, or any other property caused during the rental period. Renter agrees to reimburse Rodriguez Production for any necessary repairs or replacements. Additionally, Renter is responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing items that occur during their rental period. **3. Indemnification & Defense** Renter agrees to indemnify and defend Rodriguez Production against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs, or expenses, including attorney fees or other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from Renter, their family’s, or their attendees' use of or presence upon the facilities of Rodriguez Production. **4. Compliance with Studio Rules & Directions** Renter agrees to follow all studio rules, policies, and directions provided by Rodriguez Production staff. Failure to adhere to studio guidelines may result in termination of the rental period without refund and potential forfeiture of the security deposit. **5. Cleaning & Timely Departure** Renter is responsible for leaving the studio in the same condition as it was upon
