1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using www.rodriguezproduction.com (the "Site") and booking services through Rodriguez Production LLC / R Studio, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Intellectual Property All content on this Site, including but not limited to photographs, videos, logos, text, graphics, and portfolio materials (featuring our work with clients like ESPN, the University of Notre Dame, etc.), is the exclusive property of Rodriguez Production or its respective clients. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of our visual media without prior written consent.

3. Booking and Studio Rental When booking R Studio or our media services through this Site, you agree to the following core policies (subject to our full Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver provided at checkout):

• Rates & Fees: Rentals are subject to current hourly rates ($50–$75/hr depending on the day). A 3% service and processing fee applies to bookings.

• Deposits & Cards on File: A $100 refundable deposit is required. A valid credit/debit card must be kept on file and may be charged up to $100 post-rental for any cleaning needs, damages, or overtime fees (billed at 1.5x the hourly rate).

• Cancellations: Full refunds require 72 hours' notice. Cancellations within 72 hours receive a 50% refund, and within 24 hours are non-refundable.

4. Code of Conduct & Studio Rules Users renting the studio must leave the space in the exact condition it was found. No smoking, illegal substances, or unauthorized animals are allowed. The use of tape on studio floors is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate your session immediately without a refund if these rules are violated.

5. Promotional Use of Media Unless otherwise requested by the client in writing prior to the shoot, Rodriguez Production retains the right to use any photography or videography captured during our services for our own portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rodriguez Production LLC, R Studio, and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or our physical studio. Clients use the studio space at their own risk and are responsible for their own personal items and the safety of their attendees.

7. Third-Party Links Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as payment portals or social media). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your consent to the new Terms.
