Cancellation Policy

Effective as : 03/01/2025 Rodriguez Production Booking Policy ✅ **Deposits & Payments** - A **non-refundable deposit** is required to secure your booking. This deposit goes toward your total session or rental fee. - The remaining balance (if applicable) is due before the session begins. ✅ **Rescheduling & Cancellations** - If you need to reschedule, you must notify us **at least 48 hours before your session**. Rescheduling is subject to availability. - If you reschedule **within 24-48 hours** of your session, your deposit may be transferred to a new date (pending availability). - **Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of your session will result in forfeiture of your deposit.** A new deposit will be required to book another date. ✅ **No-Shows & Late Arrivals** - If you do not show up within **15 minutes of your scheduled time**, your session may be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. - If you arrive late, your session time **will not be extended**, and full payment is still required. ✅ **Studio Rental Policies** - The studio **must be cleaned** and left in the same condition as it was upon arrival. - **Failure to clean the studio will result in forfeiture of your deposit.** - Rental clients must adhere to all studio guidelines provided upon booking. - Any damage to equipment or the space will be the responsibility of the renter.
