R Studio – Event Space Rental R Studio is a bright, clean, open creative event space ideal for baby showers, one-year-old birthday parties, small private events, photo sessions, and intimate gatherings. With white walls and an open layout, it’s the perfect blank canvas for your celebration. Rental Rates Monday–Thursday: $55/hour Friday & Sunday: $65/hour Saturday: $75/hour Security Deposit A $100 security deposit is required for all event rentals. $40 is applied toward general cleaning $60 is refundable if the space is left clean, undamaged, and all rules are followed Add-On Options Tables & Chairs Package – $60 3 round tables 2 rectangular tables Approximately 30–40 chairs (variety of styles) Studio Policies Maximum 40 people at any time (including children) Family-friendly events only Children must be supervised at all times No smoking, vaping, drugs, or illegal substances No fighting, aggressive behavior, or loitering outside No tape, nails, or adhesives on walls or floors No confetti, glitter, or messy materials Music must remain at a reasonable level Rental time includes setup and cleanup Failure to follow rules may result in immediate removal and loss of deposit. By booking R Studio, you agree to all Event Space Rental Terms & Conditions and release R Studio from liability for injury, accidents, or loss of personal property.
Cancellation Policy
R STUDIO – INDIANA RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK This Release of Liability and Waiver (“Agreement”) is executed in the State of Indiana and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana. In consideration for being permitted to enter and use R Studio (“Premises”), the undersigned renter (“Client”) knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly assumes all risks, known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen, associated with the use of the Premises. Such risks include, but are not limited to, bodily injury, illness, death, emotional distress, property damage, theft, or other loss, whether caused by Client, guests, children, vendors, third parties, or the ordinary negligence of R Studio. Client hereby releases, waives, discharges, and agrees not to sue R Studio, its owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or relating to the use or occupancy of the Premises, including claims arising from the ordinary negligence of R Studio to the fullest extent permitted under Indiana law. Client acknowledges full responsibility for the conduct, supervision, and safety of all attendees, including minors, and understands that R Studio does not provide supervision, security, medical assistance, or childcare services. Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless R Studio from any claims, damages, losses, penalties, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from Client’s use of the Premises, violation of any studio rules, or acts or omissions of Client or Client’s guests. Client acknowledges that the Premises are accepted “AS IS” and that R Studio makes no warranties regarding safety, condition, or suitability. Client understands that violation of studio policies may result in immediate termination of the event and forfeiture of deposits without refund. Client affirms that they have read and understand this Agreement, understand they are waiving substantial legal rights, and voluntarily execute this Agreement, which shall be binding upon Client and Client’s heirs, representatives, assigns, and guests.
